 Kabaddi is a contact team sport played between two teams of seven players. The objective is for a single player from the attacking team, known as a "raider", to run into the opposing team's half of the court, tag out as many defenders as possible while holding their breath and chanting "kabaddi, kabaddi", and then return to their half of the court without being tackled by the defenders. 

Kabaddi is a popular sport in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and other South Asian countries. It is also gaining popularity in other parts of the world, including North America and Europe.
